Study association Lucid acts as a stable platform which provides an easily accessible community for each ID student and staff member within a changing ID landscape. Lucid supports and challenges the members in education, career and leisure related to ID and student life.

In the academic year of 2018-2019, I was a full-time board member at Lucid. During this year, we hosted 158 activities hosted by 24 committees, all managed by the 7 board members.

My function within the board was Secretary and Commissioner of Publicity. As secretary I was responsible for keeping the overview within the board and association. Next to that. I was end responsible for the year planning and aimed to plan all activities optimally and in line with the members curriculum, learning activities and the vision of Lucid.

As commissioner of publicity, I was responsible for the profiling of Lucid as an association. I ensured the visibility of Lucid’s identity and activities throughout the building, members space and online platforms, and monitored and improved the use of all communication channels of Lucid. This also meant ensuring all internal and external communication is in line with Lucid’s brand identity.
